Matt Redman announced the release of his live album “Your Grace Finds Me” due out September 24th. This record follows his project “10,000 Reasons” which won Redman two Grammys this year. Also on the books for Redman is the “God’s Great Dance Floor Tour“, hitting Europe this fall with Martin Smith.
