When she’s not making music, Natalie Grant is the co-founder of Hope For Justice, a non-profit that helps victims of human trafficking. She recently met with Lindsey Yoder, a 14-year-old girl who walked 300 miles and raised over $30,000 for the cause. Grant shared her story and pictures of them meeting up on her Instagram page.

Yesterday I told you about 14 year old Lindsey Yoder, who decided to walk 300 miles to raise money for @hopeforjusticeintl. Well, today I surprised her on the final stretch and walked the last mile with her. THIS. GIRL. I'm blown away. Wise beyond her years, she's an absolute world changer. She didn't wait for an invitation to change the world, she just went for it. She simply said yes to the God-nudge in her heart and as a result, is now impacting literally thousands of people. So proud of you Lindsey. So fun to surprise you and meet you today. Thx for being an example to us all. And thx to our nashville news CBS 5 and FOX 17 for covering the surprise today. Hey everyone – Lindsey's fundraising page is still open for a bit more. Go and show this champion some love and support the cause. The link to give is in my profile. Switchfoot recently held a concert for a good cause with the 13th Annual BRO-AM Festival in San Diego. The annual event allows musicians and others to work together to raise money for local youth initiatives, bringing in over $200,000 this year.
